Artwork & Design:

Definitely yes, we give dieline templates for specific designs like box styles and shapes and dimensions provided by client. Specify what you are making and we will send over the relevant document.

Use a minimum 8pt font size while ensuring a quarter inch bleed past the given die lines gaps, converting text outlines, embedding images at 300 dpi without overlap within outline drafts.

Adobe illustrator files (.ai, .pdf,.eps) are examples of vector files we accept and other high resolution images/ layered documents provided in flat form.

Correct. For physical inspection of quality, materials and finishes, we provide sample boxes. Just let us know what you require and we will ship it to you.

Stated above does not apply here since complex features may be omitted without any color charge thus client’s needs can be fully catered regardless of coloring styles.

For sure! In case assistance with branding and graphic imagery concepts is needed, our designers would be more than glad to help out pro bono.

Certainly, there is a pre-press verification checklist that involves checking resolution, images and color versioning as well as other criteria essential for printing. Content editing is however not done by our team.

Of course, we can print on both sides at no extra cost. Just inform us when requesting and we will ensure your preferences are included in the design preview.

Yes, we provide physical 3D mockups which allow you to visualize the final product before production. You will have the opportunity to make changes up until the last confirmation is made.

You can request changes until the final proof is approved. After production has started, any changes may delay shipping or require reapproval which could significantly complicate matters.

You’ll receive updates from your project manager during major milestones—proofing, pre-production, and dispatch, as well as tracking information when your boxes ship.

Rush production can be accommodated as required deadlines tighten. Most orders qualify for expedited processing for a nominal surcharge depending on stock availability.

Average turnaround is 8–10 business days after receiving final proof for approval. More elaborate designs including custom finishes and larger orders will elongate the turnaround time.

You may choose from sustainable options such as Kraft paper, recycled paperboard, reinforced cardboard. To protect your product while ensuring effective branding, we will suggest suitable materials for optimal brand protection paired with product visibility.

Yes! You may print on both inner and outer surfaces as we offer double-sided printing. Please inform us during quoting if you desire interior prints so we can factor them in.

Nope! Our pricing includes full color printing and basic finishes but does not cover premium effects like foil or spot gloss which are available at standard upgrade rates.

We provide full-color digital and offset printing, and also provide PMS spot colors. Additionally, we include special finishes such as foil stamping, embossing, UV coating or lamination.

Modifications can be made to design details or artwork files up until production starts. Once boxes are marked for production, changes could result in delays, additional costs, or both.

As soon as you accept the quote, an invoice will be issued and work begins on 2D mockups and 3D proofs based on your art submission. After your approval, we will proceed to full production.

Of course. We do have sample kits that display different board stocks, finishes and print quality. Custom samples can also be done at an affordable price.

Sales:

Refunds can only be issued for standard orders. In case of any production faults, we will repair or remake the garments free of charge.

To facilitate local assembly and reduce shipping volume boxed items are shipped flat packed. Fully assembled rigid box styles can also be shipped fully assembled upon request.
